EBK Crossbelt Magnet

Dings EBK crossbelt magnet is a high intensity self-cleaning magnetic concentrator. It is the most powerful and effective electromagnetic separator available for concentrating weakly magnetic minerals such as: ilmenite, manganese minerals, monazite, hübnerite, wolframite, etc. It can concentrate the smallest seeds and extremely powerful magnetic minerals such as: magnetite, pyrrhotite, etc. The material to be treated flows from the hopper onto the main belt in a thin uniform layer. The main belt carries the material under a series of magnet and crossbelt assemblies. Magnetic particles are attracted to the underside of the moving crossbelt which sweeps them to the side to be separately discharged. Magnetic field intensity is adjustable for selective recovery. The EBK Crossbelt Magnet can separate and eliminate seeds from contaminating weeds in alfalfa, clover and other crop seeds. All seeds are treated with a powdered iron and water mixture, which adheres only to rough-surfaced weed seeds and cracked or poor-quality seeds. The EBK magnetically separates these from the uncoated crop seeds.
